New Orleans - Northern American market-Cash money records announced that the rap artist Lil Wayne was the first to sell a million copy’s of his album titled “tha carter 3”.

Dwayne Michael Carter Jr was born September 27 1982. He started rapping when he was only 9 and joined the label Cash money records and was the youngest of the group.     To this day Wayne still has the highest selling album and no one has seemed to surpass the young artist “Tha Carter 3” also when a Grammy award and was titled best rap album.
